Saab Commercial Rescore

I've been really interested in film scoring since I was in high school but have never actually done any save for a few short projects for a class in grad school. Here's the first independent thing that I've done now that I've been getting to know Logic a bit. This is all done with Logic's built in software synths. I stripped the original audio from this Saab commercial and totally re-scored it.

Driving a Saab makes me feel like a bird trapped indoors or a killer whale trapped in an aquarium.

Great score!

This is Joe, not Lesley

I, obviously, think it is amazing...JLY.

I think the beginning was brilliant. The timing of the boop boop boop (that's technical language by the way) was perfect with the bloom of light (more technical language...can you keep up with my smarts?) And then I liked the addition of the second drum beat coinciding with the images of the water (moving fast) and the car. The only part that I think may have been rough was that there was no change in music with the image of the butterfly. Was that significant and purposeful?

I have to agree with JLY though...pretty amazing!
